Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These terms cover your use of TempsMail.org. Using the site means you accept them. They are short because the service is simple.

What the service is

TempsMail gives you a disposable email address that receives messages for a limited time and then stops existing. It is free, it requires no registration, and it leaves no account behind unless you deliberately create one.

The site is operated by XCORP, business registration number 0315842874, with offices at Room 01, 10th Floor, C7 Building, D'Capitale Apartment Complex, 119 Tran Duy Hung, Cau Giay, Hanoi, Vietnam, and 7901 4th St N, STE 300, St Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. Contact: [email protected].

A temporary inbox is public

There is no password on a temporary address. Anyone who enters the same address sees the same messages. Do not use one for anything you would mind a stranger reading, and do not use one as the recovery address for an account that matters to you. If you ignore this, the consequences are yours.

How long things last

Addresses expire on the timer shown when you create them. The record of issued addresses is kept for two days; messages are removed from our servers after five days at the latest, and sooner when the inbox expires. Once a message is gone we cannot recover it — there is no backup to restore from, by design.

What you may not use it for

Do not use TempsMail to:

  • send or attempt to send spam, phishing messages or malware;
  • harass, threaten or impersonate anyone;
  • register accounts in bulk, or evade bans, quotas or verification on other services;
  • break the law of your country or ours;
  • overload the service — scripted flooding, scraping at volume, or attempts to circumvent our rate limits;
  • copy the site, reverse engineer it, or resell access to it.

We block addresses, IP ranges and accounts that do these things, usually without warning and without an appeal process. We also cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Accounts and the API

An account is optional. If you create one you are responsible for keeping your password and API key private, and for anything done with them. Tell us promptly if either is exposed. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and you may close yours at any time by emailing us.

The API is provided for reasonable use. We may apply rate limits, change the endpoints, or withdraw access where use is excessive or abusive.

Advertising

This site carries advertising, which is how it is paid for. Advertisements are selected by Google and its partners, not by us. Nothing shown inside a result on this site is paid for — we do not accept payment to alter what the service returns. What appears in an advertisement is the advertiser's responsibility; if you deal with one, that is between you and them.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption, that a particular message will arrive, or that an inbox will stay open for exactly as long as displayed. Mail delivery depends on the sending server, and many services deliberately refuse disposable addresses — when a message never turns up, that is usually why.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the service, including lost messages, missed verification codes, or the loss of an account elsewhere that used a temporary address. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our content

The design, text and code of this site belong to XCORP. You may link to any page freely. You may not republish substantial parts of the site as your own.

Messages that arrive in an inbox belong to whoever wrote them. We claim no rights over them and, as stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not read them.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed; continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version. This version replaced the previous one in full, which had been inherited from another company's template and described features — file uploads, paid subscriptions, electronic signatures — that this service has never had.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, where the operating company is registered, and disputes fall to the courts having jurisdiction there. If you use the service as a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove protections that your own country's law gives you regardless of any agreement.
